HR Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong understanding of the business and operational areas of Debox and create job descriptions for each unique role.
  • Identify various organic and paid sourcing channels to fulfill hiring needs, including effective usage of job portals to acquire the right talent.
  • Reach out to and establish partnerships with local colleges and skill development institutes for hiring entry-level resources.
  • Design and deliver Induction programs covering all three verticals of Debox – Consulting, Marketing, and Tech.
  • Identify training and development needs and collaborate with internal or external stakeholders to deliver trainings.
  • Drive policy adherence across the organization and conduct continuous policy awareness and education sessions.
  • Plan the annual engagement calendar that includes both fun and strategic employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage the internal HRMS platform and take responsibility for timely issuance of offer letters, appointment letters, policy signing, increment letters, and experience letters.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to keep communication crisp and concise.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and interpretation.
  • Strong people management and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge and experience in using job portals and candidate search.
