Senior Consultant - Business Consulting

Salary : 6-7.2 Lacs Per Annum

  • Continuous Research and understanding of prospective and current clients business and industry
  • ⁠Competitor Benchmarking in terms of practices, processes, and policies · Business process understanding, evaluation, and identifying areas of improvements
  • Design and deployment of new initiatives along with the implementation plan (timelines, expected outcome and measurement of success)
  • Work along with existing and new members in the client team for ground-level execution with key focus on success
  • Set KPI's and tracking mechanisms/systems for performance tracking and timely course corrections

Job Description:

·      Build strong understanding of the business and areas of operations of Debox and create job descriptions of each unique role

·      Identify various organic and paid sources for hiring needs, ability to use the job portals to identify right talent

·       Reach out and build partnerships with local colleges and skill development institutes for hiring entry level resources

·       Design and deliver Induction covering all 3 verticals of Debox – Consulting, Marketing and Tech

·       Identify training and development needs and collaborate with internal or external stakeholders for delivering the trainings

·       Drive policy adherence across the organization and create policy awareness and education

·       Plan annual engagement calendar that covers fun and strategic engagement initiatives

·       Manage the internal HRMS platform and take responsibility of timely sending of  offer letters, appointment letters, policy signing, increment letters, experience letters

Required Skills:

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to concise the communication and presentation

·       Good with Excel, data analysis and interpretation

·       Good with people management and multitasking
