Senior Consultant - Business Consulting
Salary : 6-7.2 Lacs Per Annum
- Continuous Research and understanding of prospective and current clients business and industry
- Competitor Benchmarking in terms of practices, processes, and policies · Business process understanding, evaluation, and identifying areas of improvements
- Design and deployment of new initiatives along with the implementation plan (timelines, expected outcome and measurement of success)
- Work along with existing and new members in the client team for ground-level execution with key focus on success
- Set KPI's and tracking mechanisms/systems for performance tracking and timely course corrections
- Ensure regular follow-ups to ensure deployment timeline achievement
- Stay updated with best practices, tools and technology that can improve engagement/project outcome
- Ability to analyse vast data sets and drive actionable insights
- Create Data automations and validations using Excel, Google Sheets and other relevant tools
- Guide internal teams and subordinates in driving project success
- Responsible for sending out monthly reports to clients as per defined SLAs
- Responsible for managing documentation and knowledge management for the projects managed
- Reponsible for contributing in internal Training & Development of the team
Full Stack Developer
Salary : 2.4-3.6 Lacs Per Annum
- Developing and building microservices architecture, Developing RESTful services and GraphQL API's
- Develop new features and improve existing features of the platform
- Coding, Implementing, Unit Testing, and Documenting Typescript and Javascript based Services
- Design, Build and Maintain efficient, reliable and reusable code
- Performing Code Reviews and ensuring adherence to software development standard
- Good knowledge of NoSQL and SQL databases
