We can show
The numbers for

Not everything we have done is here. What is here has a source, a period, and a stated basis — and where a figure cannot be measured cleanly, we say so instead of estimating it.

INTEGRITY & TRANSPARENCY

How we report numbers

Five rules we hold every figure on this site to. They are the reason some of the numbers here are smaller than they could be.

Figures on these pages are drawn from client systems for the periods stated. Where a result cannot be attributed cleanly, it is described rather than quantified.

  1. 01

Every figure comes from the client's system

Not ours — their point of sale, their booking platform, their analytics. Where our own reporting once differed from a client's final records, theirs is used.

  2. 02

Percentages carry a base and a period

A multiple without a starting number and a date is not a result, and we do not publish one.

  3. 03

    We name what is excluded

Untracked walk-in trade, dine-in demand, closed locations, new store openings — if it is not in the number, it is written on the page.

  4. 04

We publish the adjusted figure, not the flattering one

Where seasonality or an existing trend explains part of a result, we take it out first and show the smaller number.

  5. 05

We do not publish our fees here

Ask, and we will walk you through the full return calculation on any case on this page — what we charged included.

THE WORK

Engagements you can check

Full write-ups carry the diagnosis, the decisions and the arithmetic. Briefs cover shorter engagements, or ones where only part of the work has a clean audit trail.
