How we helped an Indian Conglomerate in planning and benchmarking the launch of their UAE-based global real money gaming business.
We had interactions with the core team to understand the business, challenges, current scale of planning and resources available to lead the different areas of business. We also had discussions with different stakeholders to understand the vision for each area of business.
During the process, we understood the different areas such as Business Planning, Benchmarking, Marketing Agency Management, Hiring, SOPs & Policy setting, and Tech Project Management that Debox would champion, and other areas of work such as legal, operations, accounting were managed by other core team members.
We created a pre-launch plan that was completely linked to the resources available, mapped dependencies, and set timelines for each activity. We also mapped activities to go-live progress date to optimise cost and resourcing requirements.

Boom is now ready for a massive launch with strong product reliability and scalability. The management team is a lot more confident and clear on the business objectives, possible challenges & solutions, and the business plan.
