Zeroing upon the problem statement

We initiated the project by conducting in-depth sessions with Neuskale's management team to gain a thorough understanding of the title search process allowing us to pinpoint key challenges and establish the groundwork for creating a customized solution to address Neuskale's needs.

Roadmap Planning

After identifying the challenges and outlining potential solutions, Debox developed a detailed scope of work for the platform, complete with rules, validations, and conditions for each step of the title search process

Work Done

The platform included several key features designed to optimize their operations, from order generation to project delivery and invoicing. The functionality of the platform was as listed below.

We delivered the following during the project.

  • 1. Developed an Order Generation module to store essential order information such as customer, search type, and property address.
  • 2. Created a system for managers to allocate and, if necessary, re-allocate searching and typing procedures for orders to employees.
  • 3. Implemented a process for employees to complete searching and typing procedures, with each step requiring approval and subsequent completion (typing could only begin after searching was approved).
  • 4. Enabled handling of additional requests for clarification or abstraction at any point before delivery, as requested by the client.
  • 5. Facilitated project delivery by attaching final reports and sending them to the client through the platform.
  • 6. Integrated invoice generation with QuickBooks for seamless post-delivery billing.
  • 7. Designed dashboards for customers and management to access key metrics related to orders, such as revenue, pending orders, and pending invoices.
  • 8. Created video modules for easy learning and training, enabling the team to quickly adapt to the new platform and optimize their use of its features.
